Honda 400ex Build - Part 7 - Motor Engine Bottom End Crankcase Bearing, Crankshaft, Counter Balancer

Описание: Honda 400ex build assemble part 7 (videos will be coming fast so subscribe to keep notified). Installing the crankcase bearings, crankshaft (crank), and counter balancer (counterbalancer) onto the trx400ex using the heat (oven) and cold (freezer) method and by pulling the crankshaft in by using the Tusk Crank Puller/Installer. We will also be lining up the timing marks on the crankshaft and counter balancer and pulling them in simultaneously (together). The engine cases were vapor blasted. This is an atv quad 4-wheeler rebuild.

** In this video I will also be showing you what not to do ... but if you do it, I will also show you how to recover without damaging anything.

Timing Marks Lined Up on Crank and Counter Balancer and Pulled in Simultaneously (Together)
Sprayed with Maxima MPPL to Prevent Rust (link below)

** As part of this Honda trx 400ex build, we are using 2006 trx450r front spindles and both front and rear brake rotors and calipers.
