This shows how I fitted an MVHR System into our house.
I'd had no previous experience of doing anything like this and it was fairly easy, taking under 5 days in total.
The result is we can better insulate our house by sealing all the previous passive ventilation and we have lower moisture in the house and no condensation on the windows.
