This is propably the most challenging thing i have done on drums.
What i play in this video is almost completely improvised. I composed in my head melodies and rhythms and tried to mix pads and acoustic drums. It was very challenging literally to my brain to react fast enough to hit pads with right limb because some of them are far away. Especially because the melody dictated to hit right pad where ever it is.
Electronic drums are still my about 39 years old Pearl Syncussion-X SC-40 set. I kind of have this setup as standard hybrid kit. Pads are where they feel logical. Highest pitches start with pads.
