The platform establishes a new benchmark for intrinsic safety, demonstrated through a validated puncture test with no fire, no explosion, and no thermal propagation. At the system level, immersion cooling maintains temperature variance within 2 °C, significantly reducing thermal runaway risk under demanding operating conditions.

Beyond safety, the system delivers strong lifecycle performance, exceeding 10,000 cycles at room temperature and reducing Levelized Cost of Energy by approximately 15 percent. Integrated Wireless BMS with AI-enabled pressure sensing enables earlier risk detection and predictive safety management, supporting intelligent, high-reliability energy storage operations.
