IO DEMOLISHES DISCOVERY OF 27 LAST SEEN EVIDENCE IN FALSE ALLEGATION CASE | IPC, CRPC, BNSS CROSS EXAMINATION
The technique shown in this video will help you in cross-examining the Police or Investigating Officer (IO) in such a manner that the IO will have to break the discovery as per Section 27 of the Indian Evidence Act and also the prosecution material of Last Seen Evidence And False Allegations.
Although a confession by a suspect during police custody is normally not admitted into evidence as per the law, there is an exception. Assuming the confession bears out, then, if we discover a new fact from that admission, the adoption of that new fact, i.e. if that is not on the table, that fact is admissible as evidence in law.
Under the pretext of false implication or false allegations against accused persons, police should create false discoveries by applying Section 27 of the Indian Evidence Act or Section 23 of the BSA. In this video I demonstrate a questioning style that requires the IO to destroy the credibility of the discovery and prosecution evidence that drove the Last Seen Evidence and False Allegations.
