Many people wish to hurt and get revenge on a narcissist after being a victim of narcissistic abuse and this is totally understandable. When someone has wronged us to the level that narcissists go, using, abusing, exploiting and deceiving, there are many negative emotions that survivors feel after a relationship has ended - and this is natural.
Sometimes the anger and wish for revenge is so strong that you can feel a burning rage, that you desire so strong for justice to be served and the narcissist to pay for what they do to others and what they did TO YOU. But there is only one way that you can hurt the narcissist the most and in this video I will describe and share through experience the best way that you can do this. It is not by going out and potentially hurting or damaging yourself trying to get revenge on them. There is a much better way, which I will describe in this video.
