Mario Legenstein, designer of the Levitaz foils, explains how to sand the trailing edge of your foil.
When he says low pressure side he actually means high pressure side. Don't get confused by that, just do it the same way as shown in the video.
For the front wing its the other side you have to sand (bottom side).
You should use this technique if your foil makes a whistling sound while riding.
