Описание: This was my weekly sourdough shokupan loaf, but I tried something new: blue spirulina + purple sweet potato powder for a dreamy pastel swirl. The raw dough looked SO magical — baby blue and lavender! But after baking, the spirulina cooked out and the color turned into a weird beige 🤯 I’ve read that baking powder might help with color retention, but can it be used with sourdough? Still experimenting! Let me know if you’ve cracked the code for keeping natural colors in bread 🍞✨
