Kelsey Pierce spoke to Free Press Editor Brett Dickerson minutes after her second meeting Thursday, Nov. 3 with representatives of the Oklahoma City Police Department. She and her attorney Bryce P. Harp discussed further possible actions against Officer James Herlihy.
Pierce has complained about rough treatment when she was stopped as a part of an investigation from a called-in complaint. Herlihy arrested her, placed her in handcuffs, put her in the back of Herlihy's patrol car, then released her when he found there were no warrants.
