A boss told his secretary,
“Get ready. We are flying this evening for a work training. We’ll be gone for one week.”

Excited, the secretary called her husband and said,
“Darling, I’ve been selected to represent our company in a one-week training. We’re leaving this evening.”

The husband smiled. As soon as she hung up, he called a girl he’s secretly seeing.
“My sweet girl, my wife is going away for one week. I want us to spend all that time together.”

But this girl was a teacher. So she called her student and said,
“I won’t be teaching this week. We’ll continue next week.”

The student was happy, and called his grandfather:
“Grandpa, I have no school this week. My teacher won’t be around.”

But here’s the twist…
Grandpa was the boss himself.

When he heard this, he said:
“No! I can’t leave my grandson alone. I will cancel the training.”

He called his secretary:
“The training is postponed. We’ll go next week.”

The secretary told her husband,
“Plans changed. The training is cancelled.”

The husband, surprised, called the girl:
“My wife is not leaving anymore. Our plans are off.”

The girl called the student:
“School is back. Come tomorrow!”

The student called his grandpa:
“Grandpa, I’m going to school again. My teacher changed her mind.”

And just like that…
Everything changed. One lie broke the whole plan.
