At the same time, expanding your range of responses to push yourself to work outside of your comfort zone will help you exercise leadership more effectively. When you’re on the edge of your comfort zone, you’ll feel some anxiety and uncertainty. But don’t worry, it’s natural to feel like that. You can’t anticipate the outcome because it will be new.
