Sign-off of NHK Radio 1 network station in Osaka, callsign JOBK, on the night of Oct 9th/10th, 2018, a 1:00am JST (16:00 UTC on Oct 9th). NHK R.1 broadcasts should resume at 5:00am JST (20:00 UTC).
The recording starts a little before the event with weather for major cities across the world. You can notice its background music being cut for a sign-off announcement at 15:59 UTC. This is followed by a bit of instrumental music, National Anthem of Japan and station ID.
