½ cup (118ml) Almond milk warm, 3.5 oz
3 ¾ cup (500g) Bread flour
¾ cup (156g) Sugar granulated
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Orange zest
¼ cup (60ml) Orange juice
¾ cup (170g) Yukon gold Potato, cooked, mashed
½ cup + 1 tbsp. (128g) Vegan butter room temperature, cut into 1 inch pieces

Glaze
2 tablespoons almond milk
1 tablespoon maple syrup

Topping
2 tbsp. Vegan butter, unsalted, melted
½ cup Sugar granulated
