This is a full-body yoga practice designed to help you move mindfully, without striving for perfection. The focus is on listening to your body, choosing awareness over effort, and allowing the practice to meet you where you are.
We’ll move through a balanced sequence that builds gentle strength and mobility, with time to slow down, notice sensation, and reconnect with breath. The class finishes with a hip-focused section, including pigeon and lizard lunge, before settling into bee breath (pranayama) to calm the nervous system and draw attention inward.
A chance to step out of doing and back into being — leaving you feeling more grounded, spacious, and balanced.
Suitable for most levels. As always, feel free to rest or modify whenever you need.
