Abstract
In this talk I will take you on a friendly tour through the mathematical adventures of Claudio Gorodski, geometers' edition.
I will start from his early days at USP, follow him to Berkeley where he obtained his Ph.D under Wu-Yi Hsiang's supervision, and
then return to São Paulo, where he built an impressive career and helped shape a whole generation of geometers.
