A homicide investigation has been launched in Bayswater, Melbourne's east, after a woman's body was discovered. A 39-year-old Bayswater man was arrested 40 minutes after the body was found just after 11am. Homicide detectives have collected evidence at the scene and taped off a nearby phone booth, while neighbours report hearing horrific screams during the night.
