A "GOOD DIVORCE" CREATED CHAOS IN MY LIFE (the fallacy of the "good divorce")

In this first of four videos, I talked with Nathan Brooks about the issues of divorce and Title IV-D courts.
In this video, Nathan mentioned that his parent has a "good divorce"--a divorce without a lot of contention, fighting, and weaponizing children to hurt the other parent. Nevertheless, a "good divorce" created chaos in his life and led him in paths that he would not have gone down on his own.
The idea of a "good divorce" has been floating around for years. We've been told that a "good divorce" is better than a bad marriage. However, the research and results do NOT bear out that message--a message tailored for adults to excuse or justify their reasons for a divorce.
Children have the right to know their natural parents and to have daily contact with their natural mother and father. "Good divorces" deprive children of their right, are often needless divorces, and often mess up children for years to come.
Divorce usually causes a cataclysmic disruption to a child's life, is a violation of their rights to be reared in an intact family, and often causes both short-term and long-term problems in their lives.
Churches, government, and society need to be honest and attack the myth of "the good divorce" and acknowledge that almost every divorce causes damage to the children of divorce.
