This is "Into the Ocean" by Blue October.
I use a Ludwig Rocker snare, and Tama B/B Starclassic drums. With Paiste and Zildjian cymbals. All of the microphones are Audix except for the Shure SM57 on the snare and the Blue Spark on the hi-hat.
