Devotees apply red tilak on the forehead of lord hanuman, read hanuman chalisa, do aarti, offer sweets . Special Prasad is distributed among the devotees, by the temple priests.

Lord Hanuman is considered as 11th form of Lord Shiv, his father was Vanar Raj 'Kesari' and mother was 'Anjani'. Lord Hanuman is also called as "Pawan Putra" as god of wind is the eternal father of Lord Hanuman. He has several other names like Bajrangbali , Sankatmochan . Lord Hanuman or Hanumanji as we call him is considered as a symbol of power & great strength .
