Ingredients:
chicken drums 7 pcs
egg 1
corn starch 20 gms
garlic 15 cloves
ginger medium size
salt , aginomoto and black pepper to taste
chilly powder 1 and half table spoon
soya sauce 4 table spoons
chilly vinegar 2 spoons

Method:
cut the chicken into drums as showed in the video then marinate it with egg 2 spoons soya sauce, 1 spoon chilly vinegar, chilly powder, salt ,pepper and aginomotto mix them well and keep it for at-least for one hour
put a pan in the stove and pour oil into it once it hot put chopped ginger garlic and saute until it golden brown colour then add two spoon of soya sauce 1 spoon chilly vinegar salt pepper and aginomoto then add little it of water. put 5 gms of corn starch to a bowl and add water and mix them well and add it to the sauce in the pan and mix them until it thicken then put the chopped spring onion and add fried chicken drums , mix them well and remove it to a plate garnish it with chopped spring onion and enjoy it with friends and family
