Materials: Earrings, jump rings, 3mm single strand cotton cord, jewelry pliers, scissors, fine tooth comb
Step 1: Attach the jump ring to the earring.
Step 3: Tie one piece of string (10.5 inches) to the jump ring with a lark's head knot.
Step 4: Secure two pieces of string (10.5 inches each) to the center string.
Step 5: Repeat step 4 three more times.
Step 6: Comb the fringe with a fine tooth comb.
Step 7: Trim the fringe into the shape of a feather.
Step 8: Repeat with the second earring.
Step 9: Enjoy your beautiful new earrings!
