Hello beauties,
It was a cold but sunny Friday and I was working from home. I decided to go to Chambers and do some work. The initial plan was to have a break at the Tate Modern Museum, but things never go according to the plan only to find out that an unexpected coffee tour was about to happen in one of my favourite coffee place, Catalyst.
One of the owners of Catalyst, Alex, was very kind to give us insights of the coffee roasting methods.
Ending my day with a cup of rooibos tea, a slice of orange cake and the companion of my gorgeous friend Miha.
