How to work with a protective part (inner Teen) + Your inner child on the twinflame journey

Описание: A lot of my clients when they do sessions with me will tell me that their inner child is 5/6 or 7/8. Whilst this isn't wrong what I'd love you to take away from today's video is that this part of you could be protecting your true inner child.

This version of you may also be your inner teen (12-19) year old you and this could be the part of you that you may need to work with first.

Depending on the level of trauma you had as a child will determine if you have a protector or many as was the case for me. When we work with these protective parts we need to meet them at their level and use age appropriate language and not try and parent them.

If you have a protective part of you just know your not doing anything wrong it's just how your system works to keep you safe and in working with this version of you will allow you eventually to access your true inner child.
