Welcome back to Anywhere Fit with Rachel
This 30 minute hotel room HIIT workout is designed to help you stay consistent wherever you are. Whether you are traveling, working away or training in a small space, this full body session will challenge your strength, endurance and cardio without needing any equipment.
All movements are bodyweight only and structured using 40 seconds work and 20 seconds rest to maximise fat burn and conditioning.
