Ingredients I used:
3 lbs Lean ground beef
1 Small onion
1/4 C Bell pepper
2 Pieces of white sandwich bread. Remove the crusts
1/3 C milk
1 Tablespoon Montreal steak seasoning
2 tsp Kosher salt
1 tsp Ground pepper
1/2-2 Garlic cloves
1 1/2 Tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
2-3 Tablespoons ketchup
