One of my favorite class styles - 1.5 Flow. I love how it can challenge both beginner and advanced Pilates students. We're working hard in this class! We're leveling up some exercises - like working on twisted planks to prep for full side planks. Our main flow can be on either a light (blue) or medium (red) spring. No muscle left behind in this class! Thanks for working out with me!
