విశాఖపట్నం తీరంలో అంతర్జాతీయ యుద్ధనౌకల సమీక్ష (ఐఎఫ్ఆర్)కు సమయం ఆసన్నమైంది. భారత నౌకాదళం నుంచి 70కిపైగా యుద్ధనౌకలు, సబ్‌మెరైన్లు, కోస్ట్‌గార్డు నౌకలు, 20 దేశాల నుంచి మరికొన్ని నౌకలు ఈ రివ్యూలో పాల్గొంటున్నాయి. బంగాళాఖాతంలో బుధవారం ఉదయం 8.55 గంటలకు రాష్ట్రపతి ద్రౌపది ముర్ము దేశ, విదేశీ నౌకలను సమీక్షించనున్నారు. అంతర్జాతీయ నౌకల సమీక్ష చేస్తున్న తొలి మహిళా రాష్ట్రపతిగా ఆమె చరిత్ర పుటల్లోకి ఎక్కనున్నారు. ఆమె కోసం తూర్పు నౌకాదళం ప్రత్యేకంగా ‘ఐఎన్‌ఎస్‌ సుమేధ’ యుద్ధనౌకను అందంగా తీర్చిదిద్దింది. ఆపరేషన్‌ సిందూర్‌లో కీలకంగా వ్యవహరించిన యుద్ధ విమాన వాహన నౌక ఐఎన్‌ఎస్‌ విక్రాంత్‌ ఈ సమీక్షలో ప్రత్యేక ఆకర్షణగా నిలవనుంది. దీనితో పాటు వివిధ నగరాల పేరుతో నేవీ నిర్మించిన నౌకలు ఐఎన్‌ఎస్‌ చెన్నై, ఐఎన్‌ఎస్‌ విశాఖ, ఐఎన్‌ఎస్‌ ముంబై, ఐఎన్‌ఎస్‌ మైసూర్‌.. అలాగే, ఐఎన్‌ఎస్‌ రాణా, రణ్‌వీర్‌, రణ్‌విజయ్‌, తరఖాన, తమల్‌, నీలగిరి, హిమగిరి, ఉదయగిరి తదితర నౌకలతో పాటు సబ్‌మెరైన్లు సింధుకీర్తి, సింధుకేసరి, కోస్ట్‌గార్డు నౌకలు రివ్యూలో పాల్గొంటున్నాయి
