UDA allies say law on formation of coalitions not good for democracy

Описание: A section of UDA allied leaders are crying foul over tomorrow’s special sitting of the national assembly that is expected to consider a bill to amend the political parties act and provide for new ways of coalition building. Garissa town member of parliament Aden Duale says he will be seeking amendments to remove some of the provisions in the bill, failure to which he will proceed to court to challenge the amendments. This as a group of lawyers declared their backing of UDA party saying they will keep the legislative agenda of the country in check.
