The Dark Horse Metal Works team combined the CNC plasma machine with the Amada hydraulic press brake on a custom fabrication and welding project. RAD Utilities Inspection Company out of Burleson, TX got newly built and upgraded custom fenders for their company's trailer.
After two identical pieces were cut on the CNC plasma cutter, we took the cut metal over to the press brake. We used the press brake on the hemmed edges, retooled and setup to do the miters. Once we had the fenders cut and bent to specs they were installed and welded to the trailer so it's ready for the road and ready to work!
