Sage Automation created this Multi-Line Gantry Palletizer to handle the needs of a new client. The boxes enter the system thru a main trunk line then a diverter pushes the boxes to their targeted accumulation zone to be picked. Next the Gantry picks and places 4 boxes at time with a vacuum style end effector in a 3 x 4 stack pattern. In addition to fabricating this style gantry system Sage Automation is an Authorized Fanuc Integrator.
