Myzone takes the guesswork out of fitness. It gives gym members and club owners highly personalised information on training sessions from both a member and operator side.
After members work out, they data showing their calories burned and how long they’ve spent in each coloured heart rate zone. They can see their Myzone Effort Points earned, with all the information displayed in a visually engaging graph. It gives them that motivation to continue along their fitness journey.
