Hi sickle cell warriors and health lovers! I'm really happy to present to you the things that have helped me on my journey. Some people think sickle cell is not intense for me because I carry it well but that's far from the truth. I have had many crisis that have made me rethink my whole life. I still have crisis but they are not as often and not as painful. Before I understood what was triggering me I would end up in the hospital every three months like clock work for many years in my young adult life(22-26). I go to the doctor for check ups and I work very closely with my natural doctor. My most painful crisis come from oily processed food. I don't use oil at all but sometimes it could be in my healthy almond butter and if I miss it, I sickle at night. That's why it's important to check all food labels and figure out everything you're sensitive to. If anything in this video makes since for you just try it consistently and journal your experience.
