This speech extract is taken from the Big Finish Production story, "The Death of Captain Jack" which features an alternative timeline with John Hart being the leader of the british empire and Torchwood and dealing with alien invasions such as the 456 Ambassador from Children of Earth and The Blessing from Torchwood: Miracle Day. I have extracted and FIXED this audio from the story as they revoiced the 456 Ambassador and it sounded bad. I don't think they got Simon Poland back to do the voice.
The Death of Captain Jack is owned by Big Finish Productions and the character of Captain John Hart, (played by James Marsters) is owned by the BBC.
