How to Improve Video Quality in VLC Media Player

Right-click on the vide that you need. Choose Open with VLC player from the list. Click on Tools at the top menu bar. Choose Preferences from the list.
Go to Show settings at the bottom of the window. Check All. Maximize the window if you want. Look through the list for Audio and click on it. Go to the right-side of the window.
Go to Force detection output mode. Choose On from the dropdown list. Go to Stereo audio output mode. Choose Dolby Surround from the dropdown list.
Click on Audio Resampler on the left side of the list. Choose Speex resampler. Set Resampling quality to 10.
Go to SRC resampler on the left side list. Set Sample rate converter type to Sinc function (best quality).
Scroll down the left side list and look for Video. Go to Filters. Check Gradfun video filter option. Go to the left side list. Click on the arrow to expand the list. Look for SWScale. Set Scaling mode to SincR. Click on Save to apply the changes.
