Crispy Baked Tofu Nuggets & 3 Dipping Sauces

Make sure you freeze your tofu block and thaw it out before making this recipe! Do this in the package the tofu came in. If you are gluten free, exchange the flour with GF flour (I have not tried this but I believe you should have similar results.)
Tofu Nuggets Ingredients: 00:57
• 16 oz block tofu, frozen, thawed, then pressed
• 1/4 cup flour
• 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
• 2 tsp better than bouillon mixed with 1/2 cup water
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 2 paprika
• 1 tsp thyme or poultry seasoning
Method: 01:19
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220C)
2. Tear tofu into bite sized pieces
3. Combine water and Better Than Bouillon & pour over tofu pieces. Mix together until each tofu piece has been covered in broth.
4. Whisk flour, nutritional yeast, and spices together
5. Dredge tofu in flour mixture, shake off extra flour, & place on silicone or parchment lined baking tray
6. Bake tofu for 25 minutes, giving the tray a shake after 15 minutes
Vegan Ranch 02:49
Mix together:
• 1/4 cup vegan mayo
• 1 1/2 tsp plant mylk or water
• 1/2 tsp lemon juice
• 1/4 tsp dry dill
• 1/4 tsp parsley
• 1/8 tsp garlic powder
• 1/8 tsp onion powder
• pinch of salt
• 10 turns of pepper mill
Vegan Buffalo Sauce 03:10
Combine, microwave for 20-30 seconds, and mix together:
• 1/4 cup frank's red hot
• 2 tsp vegan butter
"Honey" Mustard 03:25
Mix Together:
• 1/4 cup yellow mustard
• 2 tbsp agave
