Vaal Absolution Guardian Build is a strong league starter which is good for both - leveling and endgame, has good clear and smooth gameplay.
It's not expensive to set up and easy to play, which works perfectly for beginners.
The build works great as a league starter but can also scale up to Uber endgame if needed.
