In the meantime, he started his own consultancy firm along with one of his old friends to provide complete customized software solution to his clients. He had developed a good clientele in Kolkata within a noticeably short period. While dealing with the customized solution in the market, the thought of coming out with a complete product that could be replicated in the rural market of West Bengal. He started developing a product for the cooperative banks and societies that would be capable of providing end to end solution to those rural clients. The idea hit the market remarkably, and he managed to get all the district cooperative banks in West Bengal as his client. He also gave stress to develop technical manpower from the rural area itself so that the clients could get the support instantly and effectively. He also extended his support to his client to finalize their accounting activities well in time. This idea gave him tremendous success, and this idea brought him awfully close to his client.
Suddenly, in the year 2013, he started a new infrastructure completely in a different domain altogether; it was inthe fabrication business, mainly using mild steel. Here, his diversified mind-set gave him played a huge role as he started using Polycarbonate, Tensile Fabric etc instead of only steel related materials. Interestingly, he started inbound marketing for this company, where he applied a completely different strategy. He aimed for a small yet strong client base. He would not reach over to clients for unnecessary promotion of his products and services, which in turn lead in strengthening the relationship with all his clients. For the longest time, he did not have a marketing person, as this concept had proven to be a success.
Once again, he started nurturing a new concept of implementing complete automation along with the maintenance of statutory compliances in time. It is a complete service portfolio where the total investment and interest of the clients are protected. As the most senior member of this new venture, he decided to go all out with his effort and determination to hopefully make it a success.
