It's been 5 years of me living with this and I'm finally ready to tell you my story. January 2010. After almost a year of tests, I was diagnosed with Stargardt's Disease. As I've explained in this video it's a degenerative retinal disease that has caused the deterioration of my vision to the point of legal blindness. Ive kept this off topic on my channel because I felt that YouTube was the one place that I could pretend to be ok and no one would know. Now, I want to grow and accept this evolving part of myself and share with all of you what I've been going through.
