Cooked Moog- 1 cup
Cooked Potato dices- 2 cup
Cooked White Peas - 1/2 cup
Yogurt- 2 tbsp
All Purpose Flour - 1 cup
Ajwain- 1/2 tsp
Small Semolina- 1/4 cup
Hot Oil - 3 tbsp

For Topping

Cumin Powder - 1/2 tsp
Chaat Masala- 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste-
Black salt- 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder-1/2 tsp
Chopped Tomato- 1 tbsp
Chopped Onion-1 tbsp
Fresh Coriander- 1 tbsp
Shev
Green Chutney-1/2 tbsp
Imli / Tamarind Chutney - 2 tbsp
Curd - 1/2 Cup
Pomegranate
Oil for frying
