Sharing the itinerary that I used for this day (Note: this is my own research valid as of July 2022, sources are from various websites and I'm not a professional - so please do your own research if you intend to travel to Wales!)

Drive to Conwy Castle (about 55 mins)
Walk around the walls - free
Entrance into castle is £11.10/adult

Conwy Castle to Llanfairpwllgwyngyll (about 25 mins)
Few places to take picture in front of the signboard -
1. At the Llanfairpwll Train Station (free carpark)
2. Outside James Pringle Weavers shop 
3. The old Llanfair railway station sign

Optional In Llanfairpwll, visit: Plas Newydd House and Garden
Historic site, beautiful gardens but entrance fee is £11/adult

Lunch at Black Boy Inn (15 min drive)

Drive to Llyn Ogwen (30 min drive)
Water body - Experience great views of Tryfan and the Glyderau mountains
⭐️Please note that the first half of the walk can be very wet and boggy, (especially in winter), whilst the second half returns along the main road.
Recommended about 1-2 hours of hiking

Llyn Ogwen to Swallow Falls (11 min drive)
Admission charges: £2 Adult - Coins or contactless

Swallow Falls is an area of outstanding natural beauty where the river Llugwy flows through a narrow chasm creating a spectacular waterfall amongst a background of beech, conifer and birch trees.
The falls can be viewed from a location above the river with no strenuous walking or for the more energetic there are steps leading down to a platform close to the river edge.

About 1h 10 mins drive
Opens until 12am on Monday
