All enzymes are proteins, but not all proteins are enzymes
•Helicase - unzips the DNA double helix
•Topoisomerase - relieves/prevents super coiling
•Single Stranded Binding Protein - proteins that bind a single strand of the DNA to prevent it from closing back up
•RNA primase - makes the RNA primer (RNA primer is needed for DNA polymerase to start elongation)
•DNA polymerase III - main enzyme that elongates the new strand
•DNA polymerase I - mainly removes the RNA primer and replaces it with a DNA sequence
•Ligase - seals the gaps between okazaki fragments
