To make Christmas Cake Jars, follow the recipe below.

1. Add dried mangoes, black currents, cranberries, walnuts and Christmas essence into a bowl and mix
2. In another bowl, add melted butter, Madhur Sugar, salt, cinnamon powder, baking soda to the bowl and mix
3. Now add the dry fruits mixture and all purpose flour to the butter mixture and beat it with a hand blender
4. Pour the mixture in a baking tray and let the dry fruit cake bake
5. For icing, blend whipped cream and melted dark chocolate and add it to a piping bag
6. Now take empty jars and start layering with crushed cake and cream respectively
7. Once full, top the cake with star nozzle icing and garnish with sprinkles and Madhur Sugar
