Excel dashboard: Superstore Profitability Analysis

Описание: Only 4 charts, but it has more business impact and facilitates clarity in decision-making than a cluttered, noisy dashboard.

This is a project I curated for my students, and I decided to join in the fun because, why not? 😁
And because I don’t have an Excel dashboard in my portfolio, despite working with #excel everytime at work.

The goal is simple: Use the data analysis framework, and Excel skills we’ve learned in the last 7 weeks to solve a business problem. Which in this case is profit leaks.

This dashboard helps stakeholders quickly identify profit leaks, high-performing regions, and risky discount strategies, enabling data-driven decisions to improve profitability.
