Описание: I looove this take down. A couple details not mentioned in the video. I make sure to undertook the weapon side on this one to prevent the subject reaching for my weapon. Also not mentioned is as I step in for the take down, I am hooking the inside of one of the subjects legs while simultaneously stepping between his legs and then taking him over the top.

The purpose of these techniques is to show officers how effective Jiu Jitsu can be for police officers on the street. All of these techniques take repetition and consistent training to be used effectively. Always follow your department policy in use of force situations.
