So, these are my 1-minute health tips for your baby to help them stop crying and sleep better.

So, a big tip: if you've had a c-section it's really well known that the baby doesn't pick up the bacteria from the birth canal.

So, masses and masses of research on this, and having a changing gut bacteria predisposes them to colic, and when they're colicky they don't sleep, and they cry, and you've got to hold them all the time.

So, this is a really easy tip, which is use a baby probiotic.

If you're breastfeeding you take that as mum.

If not, if you can get drops, you can get that straight to the baby and it does a massive difference.

They're super safe.

They're researched to be helpful in colic.

I use them all the time, so if you've had a c-section, give using probiotics a go.
