👋 ABOUT ME
I'm a multidisciplinary artist, educator, and guide sharing my journey through trauma recovery, holistic wellness, and artistic living. On this channel, I help you rediscover yourself after trauma, injury, or other major life transitions.

A film industry veteran, I spent over 12 years working as a makeup artist, hair stylist, and designer - you may have read my book, "Makeup Artistry for Film and Television," or seen my short film "Paper Crane." My life changed in February 2019 when I survived a major car accident. I have since been working through a deep journey of healing, awakening, rediscovering my passions, and helping others do the same. I am a registered yoga teacher (RYT-200), a Reiki Master-Teacher, a birth/postpartum doula, and am certified in Mental Health First Aid.

My hope is that sharing my experience may help guide you home to the truth of who you are. No matter what has happened to you, no matter what you struggle with, you ARE beautiful, powerful, and capable of healing.
