It is among the new recommendations to improve the physical and mental well-being of early childhood educators. The Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA) and other partners started an occupational health and safety assessment two years ago. For example, preschools can also buy ergonomic furniture at discounted rates to improve the posture of staff. So far, about 10 preschools are involved in adopting these measures.
