For the Cupcakes
3 medium eggs
170gr sugar
120gr oil
170gr flour
5gr baking soda
Pinch of salt
170gr plain yogurt
6gr instant coffee
30gr cocoa powder

Chocolate Ganache Frosting
200gr cream 35%
200gr semi sweet chocolat
