⭐ Ingredients:
• 250 gms kheema (mince)
• 1 cup mattar (green peas)
• 1 big onion, chopped
• 1 tomato, chopped
• 1 tsp haldi
• 1 tbsp garam masala
• 1 tbsp dhaniya powder
• 2 green chillies
• 1 tsp zeera
• Salt to taste
• 1 tbsp oil

⭐ Method:
1. Heat oil in a pan and add zeera.
2. When it splutters, add onion & green chillies; sauté until brownish.
3. Add haldi, garam masala, dhaniya powder and fry for a minute.
4. Add tomatoes and salt; cook until mushy.
5. Add mattar and sauté.
6. Now add kheema and mix well.
7. Cover and cook until keema releases and absorbs its water.
8. Add coriander leaves and keep it on dum for 10 minutes.
9. Your Masaledar Kheema Mattar is ready to serve!
