Our Legislative Director provides an update on proposed child pornography legislation.
Despite a higher-than-ever amount of people prosecuted and imprisoned for possessing images of child sex abuse, the demand for this material has dramatically increased. Our Legislative Director argues for a different approach: the formation of a Task Force aimed at prevention of child sexual abuse before it ever occurs. The PA Senate does not seem to agree.
